I think I should be able to get my money back.
They called today, said that the accounts department will settle it.
Thank God for that.
First they asked if I wanted to exchange to another service,
But of course, I wanted my money back.
Still my mum will be able to see my bank statement at the end of the month
So we'll just see what happens then.
