#-Do you know any time steps?

Had a tap jam with Bryan yesterday night swing fling, and yes I definitely need more time steps. Maybe it's because I've only done tap for awhile, but I just can't seem to figure out time steps or make up steps of my own. The thing about time steps is that they're like paradiddles, you have to think of one 8 of steps and it has to flow and be done starting on the other foot, which means not only do you have to remember the motifs, but you have to repeat it on your retarded leg.

The dance club in school asked me to join them for lessons, which are 6 pounds for the entire year, but it's on Sundays and clashes with church. So I go for the evening service right? I don't know it feels weird going to church in the evening. I'm not sure how the standard is at school, but I could do well with more steps either way, because coming up with steps on your own is very difficult. The other option is Pineapple studios at Covent Garden. It's near and it's reputable, but the cost is 6 pounds per class, which will surely burn a hole in my pocket.

On the other hand, I'm thinking of giving jazz lessons to people and earning some money. 20-30 pounds a lesson is not a bad price, and it's a decent amount of money for me too. But first I need to find students willing to pay. I mean the talent here is definitely more abundant and of higher standards, so I really need to search for students.
